Residenza Giulia is a charming B&B located at the 5th floor of a modern palace. It has 5 large rooms with patios with beautiful views, each with private services, air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TVfree wi-fi connection.
Only 10 minutes from the historical center and 750 m away from the central train station. It has a strategic position also for business trips, being very close to Fortezza da Basso and Palazzo dei Congressi.
For a regenerating vacation, our B&B is the best choice: with familiarity and care for clients being our main keywords. Our reception is open from 8 AM to 8PM and we're always available for any king of information. We hand out free maps of the city and other material and book for museums and guided tours.
Breakfast is placed directly in the rooms. As the more sunny seasons approach, we invite you to have breakfast in the patio where you can admire the Fiesole valleys (North side) or Bellosguardo (South Side). For clients who stay for fairs there is the chance to reach the Fortezza da Basso and PalaCongressi by foot.
Our area is well connected with public transport to reach the historical center (which is easily reachable with a 10-15 minute walk). For car drivers there is a large garage right below our building. Who travels by train can easily reach us by foot from the Santa Maria Novella Station.
To guarantee booking we ask for an advance in payment of the first night or the details of a credit card that is held just for warranty. Payment at check-out can be made with cash or any main credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). In case of booking being cancelled, no action will be taken if we are warned 3 days before arrival, otherwise the first night is charged or the advance is kept.
