Soggiorno Primavera is a simple and cozy house for guests - B&B - located at the first floor of a recently restored appartment. It is family run.
Located next to Stazione Centrale, behind Fortezza da Basso and Palazzo dei Congressi (the most important place for exhibitions), in a few minutes walk it is possible to reach the historical center to visit the most important monuments and museums.

The Rooms: |
The rooms, 5 in all, can hold 1 to 3 people; some have a private bathroom, others share two external bathrooms. The rooms, simple and functional, are bright and quiet.
Rooms are cleaned every morning.
Parking is easy and there is a bus stop next to the building.
The place is simple and cozy, the kindness of the owners help make the guests feel home and to make your stay in Florence relaxing and pleasant.

Breakfast is not served but there are 2 bars next to the pension.
A small bed for children up to 3 years is free.
We don't have a private parking but you can easily leave your car someplace near or in a private garage.
We advise our guests to pay attention to the sign that shows the dates of when the streets will be cleaned to prevent your car from being removed.
Since we don't live in the building we ask you to tell us in advance the time of your arrival.
